3 -TUTORING (Grades Kindergarten - Eighth = ELA-Math / Seventh - Twelfth = SAT-Keystone)
Families of students enrolled in grades K-12 during the 2020-2021 school year that are interested in tutoring services over the summer can access services throughout the summer at locations across the district. Kindergarten - Eighth grade students can receive summer tutoring in the areas of English Language Arts (K - 8) and Mathematics (K - 8). Tutor offerings can be LIVE/ in-person at either Center or Holiday Park Elementary school or virtual via your child’s PBSD school-issued ChromeBook (Google Meet). COVID Safety procedures (ex: the wearing of a mask) and physical distancing with LIVE-In Person sessions will be applied. Students receiving math and reading interventions during the school year as well as students that may have struggled during the virtual learning portion of the school year are encouraged to seek out tutoring opportunities.
Additionally, students in grades 7-12 during the 2020-2021 school year that are interested in support for Keystone preparation as well as SAT preparation support can access services throughout the summer at locations across the district. A list of tutoring providers available over the summer for these students, can be found on this list (add link).
Scheduling will occur directly between the family and tutor to determine a schedule. Sessions will occur in small groups of 5 or fewer students. Students will receive tutoring sessions scheduled on an individual basis at specific locations across the Plum Borough School District campuses.

Locations:
● Center Elementary 9-12pm daily
● Holiday Park Elementary 9-12pm daily
● Virtual Hours: 9:00-3:00pm daily as scheduled individually with the tutor
