Rekha Skantharaja, Tangram Insurance Services
As President & CEO of Tangram Insurance Services, Rekha has the privilege of
building an independently owned, privately held insurance company on her terms.
Under Rekha’s leadership, Tangram has experienced accelerated financial growth
and cultural transformation over the last 15 years. With a majority female executive
team and staff that includes veterans and minorities, she proudly leads a company
that is challenging the status quo of the insurance industry.
A first-generation Sri Lankan-American and graduate of Boston University, Rekha is a
mother, a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), a founder of Women
of Influence, a member of the Insurance Supper Club, and a Board Director for a
prominent Bay Area nonprofit serving 50,000 kids.

Matt Grossberg, Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC)
Matt founded ISC in 2016 with a vision to create a multi-line MGA that is hedged
against economic swings and provides carrier partners and their reinsurers with
more profitable insurance programs, utilizing advanced technology and data science
for improved underwriting and pricing. ISC writes more than $700 million of
premium in 12 verticals today with over 200K binds. Matt’s prior experience includes
starting and selling a multi-line brokerage and consulting for several private equity
firms. In addition, he was the CEO of a private-equity-backed $250 million MGA.
