                     Welcome to Scottsdale and our 21st Annual Summit!
                     It brings me great pleasure to write this note in anticipation of our first in-person meeting since the pandemic.
                     With historically strong registration numbers leading up to the Summit, it’s clear our members are as excited
                     as I am to once again meet and network. Given the state of the market and uncertainty that lies ahead, the
                     Summit is a great forum to learn how your peers not just weather the storm but thrive in these turbulent seas.
                     For 21 years, Target Markets has been the platform for program administrators and the carriers that trade in
                     the program space to network, learn from each other, and forge partnerships that have allowed the program
                     business sector to thrive. This meeting is set to be our largest gathering of program professionals ever
                     including a record number of program administrators, carriers, service providers and now reinsurance
                     brokers to help facilitate your program placements. The team at TMPAA has organized a robust agenda
                     that will keep you engaged and informed:
                     You can look forward to several thought-provoking sessions and speakers including:

                        • Our review of the 2021 State of the Program Business Study – Discover how program business is doing
                          and what the trends and benchmarks are for your peers. We’ve assembled a terrific panel of your fellow
                          program administrators, carriers and Advisen’s expert, Jim Blinn.
                        • Maximizing Compensation and the Value of Your Business. Kelly Drouillard, Live Oak Bank and
                          Matt Hazelett, RPS Signature Programs will lead a discussion on how to maximize compensation
                          with your carriers while minimizing tax implications as well as focusing on key performance indicators
                          that drive the value of your agency.
                        • State of Ransomware for Businesses and the Insurance Industry. A timely discussion on an
                          active and misunderstood exposure in our business led by John Colis, Euclid Program Managers along
                          with Robert Walker and Michael Kar of Wilson Elser.

                        • Anatomy of a Fronted Program – Learn how Program Administrators can leverage expanding fronting
                          options. Tom Gillingham from NFP will lead the panel discussion with Brian Cohen, Arden Programs;
                          Desmond Bohan, BMS Re; and Jerome Breslin from Clear Blue Insurance Group.
                        • Making the Most of Your Marketing Dollars. If you’ve ever wondered if you’re maximizing your marketing
                          spend, this is the session for you. With discussions led by marketing experts Emily Hathcoat, RPS; Jim
                          Flynn, ONEFIRE; and Rich Look from Vertibrands.

                     Our guest speakers will include insightful and thought-provoking sessions with Carla Harris, Vice Chairman,
                     Managing Director and Senior Client Advisor at Morgan Stanley and V.J. Dowling, Chairman of Dowling and
                     Partners Securities.
