                                  Tandeka Nomvete
                                  Tandeka is the Director of External Engagement at Spencer Educational Foundation −
                                  a leading non-profit organization that supports the education of future Risk
                                  Management and Insurance leaders. She graduated from Georgia State University in
                                  2013 with a BBA in Risk Management & Insurance and a minor in Actuarial Science.
                                  She began her career with Marsh as an Associate Account Executive. Seeking to
                                  impact the next generation of RMI talent, Tandeka gained experience in the non-
                                  profit sector as the National Director of Chapter Engagement at Gamma Iota Sigma.
                                  She then worked as the Director of College Recruiting at Questpro Consultants,
                                  leading their internship and early career hiring efforts.
           Tandeka has received several awards including being inducted into Georgia State University’s 40 Under 40 Class
           of 2023. She’s received industry recognition as a 2022 Rising Star by Insurance Business America and a 2022 RISE
           Award Winner (35 Under 35). She also serves as a committee member on the international RIMS DEI Advisory
           Council and the RIMS Student Advisory Council.

                                                                           Tony Chimera
          Tony Chimera is the Chief Talent Officer at Westfield Specialty and has over 30 years
           of human resources experience with the last 20 in specialty insurance.  He has held
             talent/HR leadership positions at Sompo International, AXIS Capital, MetLife, and
         Sybase. He earned his MBA from the University of Georgia and his BS in Management
           from Auburn University.  He serves on the board of the WSIA Diversity Foundation,
         the WSIA internship committee, the MRIA Advisory Board and the Advisory Board of
                                Troy University’s Risk Management and Insurance program.
