Michael Colalillo
Manager Mortgage Credit, Commercial Mortgage Group | Toronto, ON
Michael is seen by the CBCs as a trusted advisor and they often come to him for advice, policy clarification and direction. His contribution to the SCMP adjudication takes resilience, noting that the role can provide challenges during day-to-day activities. Michael is very customer-focused, always looking for ways to meet the client’s expectations while continuing to work within the Bank’s risk appetite. Thank you, Michael, for your contributions and commitment to CMG and the Business Bank in 2020.
Kevin Commins
Account Manager Small Business, Small Business Banking | Kelowna, BC
Kevin has developed a strong working relationship with his retail partners, which is one of the key reasons for his President’s Pick award this year. Prior to COVID, he would encourage his retail team to invite him into each new business account opening appointment and would spend 5-10 minutes meeting the clients, providing his value proposition and understanding some of their basic needs. This one strategy saw significant conversion on the Advantage package program.
Lynn Corey
Customer Service Officer, Commercial Banking | Oshawa, ON
Lynn has navigated a very unusual year within the office with the combination of the pandemic and a series of absences among the team. Lynn has stepped up immensely with the training and mentoring of new colleagues (including new CSOs, AMs and Associates), including putting together a number of resources for the team to rely on for easy access to processes and procedures.
