Gerard has developed a strong relationship with his COIs and customers, which continue to generate opportunities and referrals. This has helped him grow his book to one of the largest in all of Ag West. Gerard exemplifies what it means to be the Better Business Banker.
Sarah D’Souza
Account Manager, Financial Restructuring Group | Calgary, AB
Sarah was a two-time quarterly winner in 2020 (Q1 & Q2). Key quantitative achievements were hitting annual goals for resolves by mid-year – in particular, number of Borrowers and dollars of authorized credit returned to originating branches. Sarah excels at getting clients to understand the Bank’s point of view and getting them to address the Bank’s concerns. Sarah was also a mentor for new Account Managers joining the group.
Scott Defoe

Scott demonstrated our TD Framework in many ways this year. Despite a challenging year, his leadership was resilient through ongoing mentoring and guidance of five Account Managers – many of whom were Composite Award winners this year. The group generated over 20 GNBs along with significant year-over- year improvement in expiry management. Scott is a key member of the management team and has developed a strong market presence in our community.

Deanna embraced and lived by TD’s shared commitments during the peak of COVID-19 pandemic more than ever. She owned her business and delivered exceptional customer service to our valued customers. Deanna developed strategic methods to overcome the most challenging volume of payment extensions. Deanna won Q1 and Q2 quarterly awards as a result of her hard work, ambition and dedication to the business.
Meagan Deis

Meagan was instrumental in getting multiple complex, high-profile transactions across the finish line this year, while managing a very large book in a challenging environment. Meagan’s strong work ethic and sense of urgency helped the Bank deliver positive customer experiences and has differentiated her as a leader amongst her peers. Meagan is a go-to Senior Analyst on the team, and consistently goes above and beyond for her clients and the Bank.
Riccardo Del Greco

Riccardo has distinguished himself as a strong leader in our business across several markets in Canada.
In 2020, he started the year as DVP Credit for our Prairie Real Estate Group and has been instrumental in growing our Prairie book during a difficult time, while maintaining strong credit quality and developing great talent. He moved his family to Montreal in the Fall to lead our Quebec Real Estate Group and is making an immediate positive impact in Quebec in all key areas of the business. He is the epitome of the Better Banker.
