Rachel had a tremendous year from a new business standpoint, adding 15 GNBs for authorized credit of $17MM. This would be an excellent result in any year, but particularly in a weak economy and during a pandemic. Despite a very busy year, Rachel takes an interest in the Unit beyond her role and is our AT rep and main social coordinator. Rachel consistently shows dedication to her customers, colleagues, and the Bank.

Mei’s year can be summarized as an outstanding commitment to her country, community, colleagues and company. Mei has been applauded for conceiving innovative solutions to extend our client enrollment capabilities in Web Business Banking that was severely affected due to COVID-19. Mei helped deliver a Canadian Emergency Wage Subsidy (CEWS) application in under 11 days to assist our customers seeking funding relief. Most importantly, Mei has helped make her team more capable in how they design and build solutions. Mei is a reason why we are “the Better Bank”.

Ahmed was a top-ranking prime credit analyst in the Toronto office for 2020, winning multiple awards for his productivity throughout the year. In addition to his outstanding results, Ahmed was able to jump in to assist other departments at the centre who needed assistance during the pandemic and always put his best efforts forward. He made a point to acquaint himself with new products and services to build on his career development.
