Ashwini had an exceptional year, successfully leading the OBS Program within Business Banking managing POD1. Surrounded by a complex technical and business landscape, she stepped up to the lead role by defining an E2E strategy across multiple systems. Under her leadership, the team delivered five major releases in 2020. She has also demonstrated strong leadership skills through team mentorship, relationship management and supporting organizational initiatives like BDD, E2E Automation and Environment Resiliency. Ashwini’s work reflects TD’s Shared Commitments in every way.

Joanne had a tremendous year. As a result of her hard work, she helped TDAF achieve record originations in Fiscal 2019/20.
