Neil has earned a level of trust with our partners – both internal and external – as well as teams in other areas of Merchant Solutions.

Jinii has had a very successful year at CMG and is very deserving of this recognition. One of Jinii’s many responsibilities as a Customer Service Officer is to assist with the closing of CMG’s commercial loans. Despite challenges throughout the past year, Jinii closed an incredible $526 million in transactions. Jinii always provides the best customer service and goes above and beyond to ensure the closing process is a pleasant experience for our clients. We are very proud to have Jinii as a part of our CSO team.

Ranvir Kahlon
Customer Service Officer, TD Auto Finance | Toronto, ON
Ranvir started his journey at TD Auto Finance in October of 2019. Since joining, Ranvir has displayed “Think like a Customer”, “Act like an Owner” and “Execute with Speed and Impact” from the Shared Commitments quarter over quarter and was awarded a Q2 Summit Award for his excellent performance. Ranvir always contributes to team activities by taking a lead on engaging his peers in each conversation. Ranvir is also known for his subject matter expert, and often helps his colleagues as well. Recently, Ranvir was successful in obtaining a new position within Human Resources Contact Centre.
Abdullah Kamal
Senior Reporting Analyst, TD Auto Finance | Toronto, ON
Abdullah played a critical role in solving the Last Payment Date/COB risk event remediation. He’s taken ownership of his tasks and built complex formulas, macros and reports remediating the risk event. He’s also discovered a method to remediate accounts that would save TD over $3MM in costs. He’s worked extensively to ensure that account lists were generated and forwarded to Cash Management and Cheque Processing without fail. Abdullah is unwaveringly positive toward any task he’s assigned and is always willing to share knowledge with the team.
Robert Karpman
Associate Vice President, Credit – Commercial National Accounts – Quebec | Quebec, QC
Quebec CNA had a very successful 2020 and Robert was at the centre of it. Robert was involved in the approval and funding of nine new borrowers representing $280MM in volume. Robert takes pride in the reviews he adjudicates and has developed analysts who produce high quality credits. When we encounter challenges, Robert will offer solutions that create win/wins for both the customer and the Bank. In addition to these new transactions, Robert has been heavily involved in the unit’s most complex restructurings, of which there were many this year due to COVID.
