Colin has done a phenomenal job in 2020 as he led his team through the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. He was able to pivot his team quickly to launch the important policy and process work associated with the CEBA Program, including innovative processes to help both our customers get the relief they needed quickly and cut back the work of our adjudicators to manage a massive increase in volumes. Colin embodies the Better Business Banker and consistently demonstrates TD’s shared commitments in his interactions with colleagues.

Jeff is a respected leader in TDAF who enthusiastically embraces change, innovation, and navigating complex problems. During F20 he not only helped TDAF achieve record acquisitions, but deployed tools to assist customers through the pandemic. This included the creation of a net-new online deferral process and the deployment of the TDAF Settlement and Payment Relief programs. Jeff thinks like an owner, executes with speed, and is relentlessly committed to the success of the business and his team.

Antonio successfully managed his team through increasingly difficult circumstances which were brought on by the challenges our business faced in the response to the COVID-19 pandemic. While working remotely, his team continued to perform at the highest level across all of their responsibilities. This ensured our customers’ needs were met, even during the most uncertain of times. Overall, this was not an easy task, but Antonio ensured that his team remained focused, motivated, and engaged throughout.
Daniel Inksetter
Account Manager, Agriculture Services | Paris, ON
Dan has very quickly made a substantial impact in the Account Manager role. In 2020, he funded 12 GNB’s and grew his loan volume by $68 million. He has a balanced approach, keeping profitability top of mind. He increased fee revenue by 11% and grew term loan margins by 3.7 bps. Dan is extremely effective at shadow target management which resulted in a huge $35 million win for the Ag Bank. He is organized, a great team player, focused and most of all highly motivated to succeed.

This is Kitty’s 7th Summit Win. Kitty consistently demonstrates the Better Business Banker attributes in her contributions towards the Quest. Her unwavering leadership and dedication to the customer, her team and the Bank resulted in Markham district achieving 7.6% credit growth and 26.3% deposit growth while maintaining a strong LEI score of 87.54. Even in a challenging year, she made a meaningful impact on our communities by maintaining her involvement in different charities and associations.
