2020 was an exceptional year for the North York CBC under Seema’s leadership. Seema successfully led her team to deliver outstanding growth in business volumes and deliver one of the best LEI performances across the Business Bank. The pandemic made 2020 a very challenging year on many fronts. However, as a leader Seema brings her high energy and caring approach to her staff every day which motivates her team to go above and beyond to deliver for our clients, manage risk and grow the business. Congratulations Seema!
Julian Heizmann

Julian is a significant contributor to the team, especially last year since he had to replace our MCC and do both positions all year round. Julian did a great job, balancing credit responsibilities, managing people and taking the lead for all the monitoring and control in our CBC. Julian is a great team player and we are proud to have him at the Quebec City CBC.

Winter-Lee is a significant contributor to the overall success of the PREG team. She exhibits a very strong credit acumen and work ethic, consistently striving to ensure that the Branch’s expiries and her team’s monitoring and control are in order. Winter-Lee is viewed as a leader and mentor in the Branch. She continuously looks for opportunities to broaden her knowledge base and is well-deserving of the Annual Summit Award.
Doug Houghton

Doug champions the Business Banking customer journey and has been instrumental in the delivery of our new Account Activity Service on the TD Business Central platform. He has made pragmatic, data-driven delivery decisions with a customer-centric approach. He has maintained strong partnerships with the Product and Distribution teams in order to drive business value with each release of new capabilities on TD Business Central. Doug’s leadership and positive attitude have allowed us to continue to execute against our mandate (and have fun!), despite the challenges of working remotely.
Julia Huang
  Customer Service Officer, Commercial Banking | North York, ON
Julia takes full ownership of whatever tasks are ahead of her. She is committed to helping our customers and this is demonstrated by the two teams she supported having the highest LEI Score (combined 100%), but also having the highest response rate (two teams representing more than 50% of the responses for our unit). Her customers regularly commend her for the excellent work that she does.
