In her role as group manager, and whatever the challenge, Melissa continues to provide exceptional support for her direct reports, SBCC Edmonton and SBCC National. She maintains a broad view of the success of SBCC at the micro and macro levels, with a cheerful and supportive attitude. This was even more evident during the pandemic, where she stepped up her game to provide strong support for all within her orbit.

Van is knowledgeable and proficient in underwriting all products that help support and deliver TDAF’s multiple product offerings to its valued customers. With a record year in originations for the business, Van’s strong work ethic and metrics helped achieve this milestone. He has been consistent with his efforts throughout the year, winning multiple Quarterly Summit Awards. He never hesitates to assist a colleague and takes pride in being able to deliver results.
