to the team during 2020 as he led the team through WFH transition and he covered additional branches to alleviate attrition. Martin earned this award through his individual and team contribution.
Sagana Manokaran

Sagana is our top Non-Prime performer in Funding, consistently meeting and exceeding her daily targets while maintaining a very low error ratio. She’s a pleasure to work with and is very flexible with scheduling. She works the midnight shift every day, ensuring that all NP rushes are actioned immediately. Sagana is very resourceful and always available to answer NP queries. She has assisted in training on Non-Prime, passing down all the NP tricks that have helped her become a staple in this department.
Leona Markowsky

Throughout a year filled with change, process shifts and general routine upheaval, Leona has been positive and flexible with not only her work assignments but the new reality of the work from home format. Most importantly she has provided sound coaching and guidance to our branch partners so that a meaningful experience can be delivered during a uniquely challenging time for our clients.
