His professionalism, leadership and overall determination to do well were the driving factors to his success in 2020.
Pratik Modh
Sr. Business Systems Analyst, Technology Solutions | Toronto, ON
Pratik is a strong, capable leader who drove several of our most important and most complex projects in 2020 with outstanding results. His growth mindset led him to tackle project roles of Business System Analyst, Technical Delivery Lead, Scrum master and Developer to drive the success of the projects. His efforts to collaborate with our partner teams ensured our systems evolved toward target state and helped close out key risks with the systems. Pratik helped deploy the first MVP on our new platform in record time.
Amanda Mohammed
Internal Sales Supervisor, TD Auto Finance | Toronto, ON
Amanda leads a team of 14 ISRs, servicing over 2,700 dealer partners. After a record-breaking start from November to February, everything came to a screeching halt when COVID hit in March. When most were paralyzed by the uncertainty, Amanda took control, transitioning her team quickly to a virtual selling world while supporting the momentum they’d established. When dealers began to shut down, Amanda quickly redeployed her team, providing the necessary training and support, to assist other departments impacted by COVID-related customer requests and inquiries.
Brandon Mohr
Account Manager, Commercial Banking | Calgary, AB
Brandon is a key contributor to the success of the South Calgary CBC where his contributions have been impactful. He takes pride in his job, takes responsibility, executes with speed and efficiency, and offers guidance to others on the team. Throughout a challenging 2020, Brandon was instrumental in the turnaround of two separate challenged portfolios for the Calgary South team, and even with the transition, he managed to put on seven new borrowers and one large new deposit relationship.
Jason Moist
Manager Cash Management, Commercial Banking | Winnipeg, MB
Jason is a highly regarded member of the CBC. He leads our Cash Management group and is a valued resource for all in the office. Jason lives our Shared Commitments daily and his leadership in 2020 was integral to meeting and exceeding our client expectations. Remote banking became even more important this year and Jason’s efforts resulted in the CBC having a district leading number of RDC implementations.
Debora Moro
Manager Cash Management, Commercial Banking | Brampton, ON
Debora led by example and inspired the entire Unit to provide legendary service and grow our product sales and customer base. Her voice and actions always put the customer at the centre of everything we do while acting like an owner to ensure operational excellence and shareholder value. A well-deserved award.
