Eric was the driving force behind documenting the requirements for CEBA Funding. Eric’s strong understanding of the requirements allowed us to build a complex solution in only 10 business days with little to no errors, enabling TD to fund over $1.2 Billion into our Small Business customers’ hands in just the first two days of the CEBA Program. Faced with accelerated timelines and often ambiguous requirements, Eric was able to ensure our customers had their loans quickly and reduced any negative impact to TD’s reputation.

Gurpreet made a significant impact in the Business Bank this year. As a key member of the Business Banking Transformation team, she led the work that culminated in the official launch of the refreshed Our Quest. During the initial phase of the pandemic, she shifted her focus to support the CCC with the adjudication of annual reviews and bulge requests when capacity was strained. Finally, Gurpreet led the Business Bank’s initiative to develop and implement an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and sustainable finance program.

Wayne joined TD CNA in April 2019 from another financial institution. He inherited a very complex portfolio including several profile relationships in the Winnipeg business community. Wayne quickly established himself with clients and internal partners at TD. 2020 was a strong year for Wayne where he originated a new transaction for TD and also managed a very complex cross-border syndication. Wayne is a strong presence for TD in our Winnipeg market and consistently demonstrates our Shared Commitments.
