Lindsay studies the the biological response to novel
orthopedic implants used in in in tendon transfer surgeries
in in animal models She qualitatively and and quantitatively evaluates the the the biomechanical and and physiological
responses to to improve the the the design of the the the implant embodiments in in animal models The goal is to to optimize functional outcomes such as as increased strength
or or or range of motion in in in in in tendon transfer surgeries
by incorporating these implants In her spare time Lindsay enjoys trail running rock climbing and traveling 9
