Daniel’s research research focuses on developing targeted anticancer therapeutics Specifically his research research focuses focuses on identifying novel drugs that that target breast and lung cancers that that currently lack effective therapeutics A second aim of this research is is is understanding how cancer cancer cells cells acquire resistance to to chemotherapy and and selectively destroying those cells cells that have become recalcitrant to to to treatment by directly targeting the the molecular mediators that that confer resistance Outside the the lab Daniel enjoys gardening hiking camping swimming and fossil hunting Advisor:
