Shipping your household goods to Korea

1. You will be requested by the shipping agency to provide below information prior to moving.
a. Address of Origin
b. Best date/ Timing for the pre-move survey
c. Best date for packing
d. Your flight schedule to Korea

2. You will be requested to submit below documents by the arrival date
of your shipment in Korea

a. Insurance Application (you may submit it before arrival date)
b. Copy of your passport and visa
c. Copy of entry stamp
d. Copy of your Alien Registration Card (ARC) or ARC application form
(will be given after your Korean working visa application)

a. Residence Declaration & Residence Proof Document (will be provided by company)
(employment contract or lease contract)
f. Moving Goods declaration form & Power of Attorney (will be provided by the shipping company)

g. Time of delivery: maximum 4~ 6 weeks

3. Once your shipment passes the inspection, you will be requested to provide below
information.
a. Delivery address

b. Best delivery date
c. Contact information for delivery
