Gonzaga MBA-AIE program. Currently top on that list is Angelique. It was agreed that Bobby will talk with Sherry about her views as she was the one who nominated Angelique.
The Committee unanimously approved Angelique Albert as a prioritized candidate for JSF Directorship consideration. Bobby was authorized to confirm Sherry’s current support for Angelique’s candidacy. Provided Sherry remains supportive, Bobby is to notify Angelique of the Governance Committee’s interest and gauge her interest and availability. Bobby may include Sherry in his initial outreach to Angelique. The process of her potential recruitment is to follow the model adopted by the Board.
The idea of pursuing discussions with Leslie Pendleton at the same time was briefly considered, but it was agreed that there is a less pressing need for disadvantaged programing expertise at this time.
The Committee agreed that the current pattern of careful consideration is the best course of action for the time being.
