Sherry asked about USF on 2/7/23 for a Grant to sponsorship for FCAN Summit. Sharon confirmed that and noted we have done that for several years. On 2/24/23 we paid Grantmakers for Education $4,200 which is for membership and a Grant as noted.
E. Monthly Financial Reports - Two Months Ending February 28,2023.
Most accounts on budget. Starting this year with Investment Gains versus last year starting with Investment Losses.
4. Summary of Insurance Coverage
Dick commented that we have included a proposal in our 2023 Proposed Budget to purchase $1,000,000 of Cyber Insurance which Templeton recommended we obtain at $7,460 annual premium + tax.
5. Audit Firms for 2023 Consideration
Dick recommended that we retain Templeton & Company for 2023. It was unanimously agreed.
6. Schedule of Upcoming Meetings
Our June 15th, 2023 Diligent Board will again be posted. The meeting concluded at 3:05 p.m.
