Compensation Committee minutes (draft)
September 11, 2022
Members Present: I. King Jordan, Chair; Bea Awoniyi, Mike Miller, and Sherry Salway Black (virtually) The meeting was called to order at 2:24 pm
1. Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the March 20, 2022 meeting were approved as circulated.
2. Business arising from the minutes.
There was no business arising from the minutes.
3. Other Business
The committee discussed board compensation which was last reviewed and adjusted in 2015 from $10,000 to $20,000 with implementation done in increments ending in 2018. The committee talked about market conditions and recommended to defer any action on board compensation at this time.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:36 pm.
