SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
There will be a Specially Called meeting of the Board of Directors on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., immediately after the the conclusion of the Grant Program Committee meeting. The single agenda purpose of this meeting will be approving a Special Compensation agreement with Malcolm Macleod.
December meetings
Grant Program Committee meeting, Specially Called Board meeting and Board Retreat will be held at The Breakers on Palm Beach. The master schedule is included here. All materials for meetings will be available in Diligent Boards.
