SUSF SPRING REPORT (4)
In the spring of 2024, 31% of scholar recipients were students diagnosed with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. Institutions reported that 19% of recipients have psychological, emotional, or behavioral disabilities, and 12% have specific learning disabilities. Other categories reported included autism spectrum disorder, orthopedic disabilities, visual impairment/blindness, hearing impairment/deafness, speech/language disorders, and traumatic brain injury. State University System institutions reported that 26% of scholarship recipients have multiple disabilities.
Graduation Data
State University System institutions reported that 71 Johnson Scholars graduated with baccalaureate degrees during the 2023-2024 academic year. Recent graduates completed degrees in various disciplines, including accounting, biology, communications, economics, and nursing. Exhibit 4 shows the number of Johnson Scholars who graduated from each SUS institution.
