Compensation Committee meeting minutes
March 20, 2022
Members Present: I. King Jordan, Jr., Chair; Bea Awoniyi, Mike Miller, and Sherry Salway Black The meeting was called to order at 3:31 pm
1. Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the December 4, 2021 meeting were approved as circulated.
2. Medical Benefits for Staff in 2022
At the December 4, 2021 meeting, the Committee approved the 2022 medical benefits and health costs as shown on a staff-produced spreadsheet. The approval was with the proviso that the final expected monthly costs would be provided once available and that those would not reflect any dramatic increase. Those final costs were provided to the Committee and were in line with expectations.
3. Other Business
There was no other business to discuss.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:35 pm.
The next scheduled meeting is September 12 in Rohnert Park, CA. Respectfully submitted March 23, 2022.
