The actual minutes are fully published in the Monthly Reports and always available to all Directors in the Diligent Boards Monthly Reports entries. Bobby agreed to add this matter to his report to the Board for consideration of restricting access to committee members.

INTERVIEW OF BEA AWONIYI

The Committee met with Bea to discuss her completed evaluation form and the prospect of her serving another term on the Board. The Committee and Bea reviewed her evaluation responses and discussed her many contributions to the Board and the Foundation. Bea was quite enthusiastic about her experience in being a Director and was interested in serving another term. She also expressed that she felt that the new evaluation form is a good tool. The Committee expressed gratitude to Bea for her tremendous commitment to JSF and for the expertise on disability and higher education that she brings to the Foundation. After the discussion with Bea, the Committee voted to recommend that she be asked to serve another term.
