• Alaska Native Science & Engineering Program
Lady and Sharon met with Beth Spangler and Jared Brandner of ANSEP last month. (See report attached.)
• American Indigenous Business Leaders
Prairie Bighorn Blount, Executive Director of AIBL, stopped by the office for a quick visit while she was here in South Florida. (See report attached.)
• Pathways to Education – Canada
Pathways has once again met their matching grant challenge by securing more than the required $250,000 US. (See their Impact Report attached.).
• United Tribes Technical College
UTTC President Leander R. McDonald sent a thank you note for the completion of the endowment funding:
Nina wopida icicyapido (in gratitude) to the Johnson Scholarship Foundation, for the funds to increase the scholarship endowment to support our Business Administration students! Your investment will continue to impact our students for generations to come within our largest program of study, which is supported by your gift.

• Clarke Schools for Hearing and Speech
Bobby, Bill and King will be visiting the Philadelphia site this month. Look for a report on this visit in the March Grant Program Committee materials in Diligent Boards next month.
• Landmark College
Landmark College’s January 2024 Leadership Newsletter featured the JSF grant. (See attached.)
• The Bedford School
Bobby, King and Sharon visited this school outside of Atlanta. Following the visit, the school’s administrators were invited to submit an application for potential consideration at the March Grant Program Committee meeting. The report of this site visit will be included in the meeting materials in Diligent Boards next month.
• Take Stock in Children Palm Beach
Take Stock secured their $200,000 in donations for scholarships for Take Stock/Johnson Scholars Program graduates. The match from the Foundation was funded this month.
• University of Florida
UF secured their $400,000 in donations for the Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars program. The match from the Foundation was funded this month. We will be meeting some of the people involved in this marvelous program when we tour the UF campus in Gainesville next month.
