March meetings
The Spring Semi-annual meetings will be March 17th, 18th and 19th in Gainesville, Florida. The master schedule is attached.
Meal choices for MONDAY night:
Manhattan Strip Steak with roasted fingerling potatoes, garlic confit, red wine sauce OR
Roasted Chicken Breast Saltimbocca with parmesan mashed potatoes
Dinner Sunday night will be a combination plate of grilled Petite Filet Mignon and Jumbo Lump Crab Cake. Please advise Sharon of your Monday dinner choice by Friday, March 8th. If you have not made a choice by then, we will order the steak for you.
