Agility
At MCN we believe in agility of thought and action. We would like our group and our agencies – whether they work independently or interdependently – to be nimble and agile. This means being able to adapt to change quickly and lead positive change across the region. Agility at MCN is focused on how and what we do for our clients’ business needs in particular.
Company before Individuality
Our sense of collaboration and interdependence requires that everyone embraces a genuine belief in ‘company before individuality’. In essence this requires: • We work as a team to ensure the success of the whole Group (including sibling agencies)
• We cooperate to reach our common goals – and have true common goals whenever possible and needed
• We focus on the important issues for the overall business as MCN and for our clients’ business
• We choose solutions which are in the best interests of the Group (including sibling agencies).
Collaboration
Market dynamics today require us to be increasingly more collaborative towards providing holistic and often, customized, integrated solutions for our clients. Our key core value of Collaboration requires that our brands come together with their capabilities, their talent, their knowhow to deliver unique integrated solutions for our clients. Beyond that it also means that our people learn to think company before individuality – and better understand MCN as a parent company and it’s aims and goals.
Our model of collaboration is about an integrated, holistic approach that offers a beginning-to-end unifying strategy that is manifested in well-glued expressions (communications and experiences) whether it be great creative, well targeted media plans, optimized media buys and strategic support via search, social, data and other peripherals.
