Seasoned Ophthalmic Professional About Patricia Morris…
Patricia Morris provides excellence in eye care ophthalmic leadership
support that prides itself on unparalleled service and performance. Miss
Morris is committed to providing unbiased advice and prudent strategies
for practice development. The services are always tailored to the practice’s
unique needs. She provides interim management solutions, temporary
project management, practice turnarounds, refractive & optical business
development, staffing and information system consulting.
Ms. Morris has served in leadership roles with solo practices, multi
specialty groups, multi-location, hospital based groups and high volume
refractive centers. Her diplomatic approach cultivates relationships,
inspires goodwill and encourages collaboration which achieves
sustainable transformation in most settings.
She has twenty-seven years management experience with approximately
25 years concentrated in ophthalmology. In addition to her formal
education she has completed more than 33K hours in ophthalmic
administration. With her ophthalmic specific experience in budgeting,
accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, general accounting,
purchasing and inventory control, telecommunications, information
systems, medical records, contract negotiations and marketing she is
qualified to assist. Her strengths are
her diplomatic managerial style, proficiency in operations, revenue cycle
experience and business development expertise.
In addition to her long relationships with ASCRS & AAO, she participates
with NYSOS, VSO, FSOA, CSEP, NJOA and NESOA. She sits on the
board of Lighthouse Ophthalmic Mission in Kenya and is also on the
executive committee of this non-denominational charity eye center and
mission dedicated to providing physical eyesight and spiritual awareness.
Patricia enjoys reading, horseback riding, roller skating and the outdoors.
Currently based in the Northeast she serves clients nationwide.
