                6.3.4    Aircraft maintenance


                10.1  The  owner/user  shall  ensure  the  airplane  is  airworthy,  the  necessary

                operational and emergency equipment is functional, and that maintenance is

                carried out in accordance with the provisions of BL 1-1, sections 5 and 6.




                6.3.4.1     Documents to be carried on board during flight


                NCO.GEN.135 Documents, manuals and information to be carried on board:

                      a. The following documents, manuals and information or copies thereof

                        shall be carried on board during each flight, unless otherwise specified:

                          1) the aircraft flight manual (AFM) or equivalent document(s)

                          2) the original certificate of registration

                          3) the original certificate of airworthiness (CofA)

                          4) the noise certificate, if applicable
                          5) the list of specific approvals, if applicable.

                          6) the original aircraft radio license, if applicable.

                          7) the liability insurance policy.

                          8) the journey log or equivalent for the aircraft.

                          9) the contents of the filed ATS flight plan, if applicable.

                          10) current and appropriate aeronautical charts for the intended route

                              of flight or the area in which the flight is planned to be operated

                              and any routes to which the flight may reasonably be expected to

                              be diverted.
                          11)  information  on  procedures  and  visual  signals  used  by  aircraft

                              intercepting or being intercepted.
