Battenkill, a two-day event featuring a unique format that welcomes Club Professionals as well as amateurs

● Instrumental in recruiting 6 new golf outings and managed an average of 15 total outside events annually
● Worked closely with Superintendent and Greens Committee on daily operations and developed long term
course plans and personally crafted and updated a comprehensive Master Plan
● Designed Manchester Express, a US Kids Certified Family Golf Course
● Conducted numerous member tours on proposed golf course changes, resulting in the full support of the
removal of numerous fairway bunkers, reshaping of fairways/tee boxes, and removal of trees

Golf Professional ─ The Ridgewood Country Club, Paramus, NJ
Ranked as a Top 100 U.S. course, Ridgewood has hosted multiple prestigious events including the Barclays PGA
Tour event, a Senior PGA Championship, a U.S. Senior Open, and a Ryder Cup while operating a successful
racquets program, pool, and dining facilities. The 440 members play an average of 32,000 rounds each year.
● Managed a dynamic team of 30 golf employees and coordinated the management and training of a 150 person
caddie program
● Responsible for a golf operational budget of $810K
● Acted as liaison to the PGA Tour for The Barclays and had significant event production responsibilities
● Served as Shop Business Manager and contributed to $900K in golf shop sales in 2010, increased sales an
average of 10-15% yearly, which resulted in annual sales of over $1.35M in 2013
● Spearheaded the planning and design of a four-bay golf learning center
● Regularly instructed top national amateur competitors; one of whom won three Club Championships while
reducing his handicap 12 to +.5, and four students received collegiate scholarships
● Led more than 15 corporate clinics for up to 50 students and organized a clinic assisting Sergio Garcia
● Created a weekly “Ridgewood Golf Tip of the Week” video initiative
● Managed all men’s events including three events with over 220 players and supervised 9 & 18-Hole Women’s
Associations consisting of 225 members and 50 events
● Executed over 50 charity and corporate golf outings averaging over 200 players
● Created a junior interclub program including trips to The Country Club, Yale, and Baltusrol
Golf Professional and Trip Leader ─ International Member Event, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Created a 32 member event held in 2012 and hosted at 3 world top-100 courses: The Jockey Club, Buenos Aires
GC, and Olivos GC. Arranged lodging at one of the top 10 hotels in the world- The Buenos Aires Park Hyatt.
● Served as an ambassador between Ridgewood members and Argentine travel agent arranging all travel logistics;
airfare, accommodations, and trip extensions
● Conceptualized, organized, and ran trip promotional nights at Ridgewood Country Club with 75 members
attending, including tango dancers, trip giveaway, and importation of authentic Argentine beef and wines
