Event World Bread Day


                                             th
                                           16   of  October  is  observed  as  World  Bread  Day.  The  young  chefs  of
                                           diploma under the guidance of Chef Parmita Bhatia and Chef Gaurav Tewari
                                           organized this event to celebrate the glorious existence of bread being the
                                           most consumed food in the world. The theme of the event was 'Double Roti'
                                           and  breads such as Pretzel, Stollen, Pannetone, Carrot Bread, Seven Cereal
                                           Bread, etc. were served along with accompaniments ranging from jam, jelly,
                                           tomato soup, pesto sauce, pineapple salsa and many more.
