Montclair is well positioned to host a responsible, regulated cannabis industry in Southern California. Many neighboring communities are not permitting the sales of medical cannabis dispensaries at this time. This provides an exclusive opportunity for Montclair to serve the needs of their medical cannabis patients.
The availability of medical cannabis products in Montclair would attract these patients, generate new tax revenue from sales and stimulate additional commercial activities that bene t other local businesses.
