Papa John’s Team Members can place orders for Papa John’s logo gift items as well as uniforms and pay for their purchase by Credit Card.
• Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
• Most standard uniform products and gift items are available
for purchase.
• Pricing in this Resource Catalog good ONLY on pjcatalog.com.
Pricing does not apply to PJ Team Shop orders.
• LSM & Marketing materials are not available to purchase on this
website. Please log on to your PJCatalog account at www.pjcatalog.com to purchase marketing materials to be billed to your Restaurant, Franchise Account or Corporate Cost Center.
PRICING
• Pricing subject to change without notice.
• Freight charges will be added to each shipment based on the total weight of the products include
(exceptions may apply).
SHIPPING
• Ground services unless otherwise requested.
• Expedited services available upon request.
• Custom items, and personalized items with embroidery or engraving ship after specified production time.
• Ground orders placed before 3:00 p.m. ET (M-F) will be shipped within 4 business days.
• Expedited orders placed before 3:00 p.m. (M-F) will ship the same business day (M-F).
• Expedited orders placed on Fri. after 3:00 p.m. ET, Sat. or Sun. will ship the following Monday.
• Orders do not ship on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or on the following holidays; New Years, Memorial Day,
Labor day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
• Orders are shipped from Louisville, KY 40299.
BACK ORDERS
• Providing you with your Papa John's merchandise is our main goal. Our out-of-stock items will be shipped to you as soon as they are received from the manufacturer at an additional freight charge.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RECEIVED? WRONG ITEM OR INCOMPLETE SHIPMENT RECEIVED?
• Contact us by phone or e-mail within 2 business days of delivery of merchandise.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
• Returns or exchanges will be accepted for merchandise in new and resalable condition within 30 days of purchase date.
• Personalized, embroidered, custom printed or engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded and you are responsible for any fees associated with returning
resalable product.
• Please contact our customer service @PreferredMS_Orders@papajohns.com or 1-800-230-7272, Ext. #1 to make
arrangements for return merchandise and to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number.
• Please reference both your original Order Number and Return Material Authorization Number on your return shipment.
• It is advised to use a carrier that offers tracking capability for return shipments.
