No Rights

There is many restrictions
with an alien passport:

• No right to vote in a No Voice
general election and
run for parliamentary
elections.

• Can not work for
state affairs and local
government.

• Can not serve in the army.

• There is no guaranteed
protection of Estonian
diplomats and the rights
of EU citizens abroad
(for example, the right to
work and study in the EU
coutries)
