Giving back to others and our community has been a passion
of mine for as long as I can remember. As Chief People and Chief
Development Officer, people are what matter most. I genuinely
care about their success and more importantly, how this brand
can play a role in their development. In September, we celebrate
our founder’s birthday with our Annual Acts of Colonel-ness. This
is a time for KFC to make the Colonel proud, by celebrating peo-
ple and taking time to serve others. This year, the global office
revamped a playground for a local preschool and other markets
were able to donate meals and even spend time at foster cares
and other local charities. This is what it’s all about— making a dif-
ference and putting people first.
