Display your message
on hotel tent cards,
which will be placed in
attendees’ rooms. As
attendees enter their
room, they will notice
the tent card with your product or corporate messaging. The sponsoring company will work directly with the Hyatt and cover all additional costs associated with the tent cards. There is a $5.00 per room delivery fee at the Hyatt. Production and distribution costs are not included in the sponsorship fee.

Room Key Promotion
Sponsor works directly with
the Hyatt Hotel on the development and distribution of the room keys with sponsor’s product promo on the keys. Production and distribution cost of the keys are not included in the sponsorship fee. (ROF – Pharming)

Promote your corporate or product message to attendees with custom made clings that will be placed on the glass panels above the Hyatt Hotel lobby registration desk. Attendees are sure to see your message as they check into the Hyatt and mingle in the lobby. Production and installation costs are not included in the sponsorship fee.

Hotel Restaurant and Lounge Promotion
Capture hundreds of guests every day through beverage coasters placed in the three outlets of the Hyatt Hotel, including Rocks lobby bar, Descend 21 and B-Line restaurants. The sponsoring company provides ACAAI with a $30,000 sponsorship fee and will work directly with the Hyatt on the production and distribution of the item. Production and distribution costs are not included in the sponsorship fee.
