ANNUAL MEETING
Promote your corporate or product message to
attendees with custom-made clings that will be placed
on the glass above the Sheraton Hotel main entrance
door, which consists of 5 panels (each approximately 32
sq. ft.). Attendees are sure to see your message as they
arrive at the Sheraton Hotel. Production and installation
costs are not included in the sponsorship fee.

Hyatt Hotel Tent Card
Display your message on
hotel tent cards, which will be
placed in attendees’ rooms.
As attendees enter their room,
they will notice the tent card
with your product or corporate
messaging. The sponsoring company will work directly
with the Hyatt and cover all additional costs associated
with the tent cards. There is a $8.00 per room delivery
fee at the Hyatt. Production and distribution costs are
not included in the sponsorship fee
