Digital and Outdoor Marketing
Take advantage of our outdoor marketing opportunities to expand your message and increase attendee touchpoints. Advertising opportunities outside of the geographical confines of the Orange County Convention Center are available. These opportunities grab the attention of attendees on their way to and from the ACAAI Annual Meeting. In addition to the following options, please inquire about any custom options (any custom options must be approved by ACAAI).

Airport Marketing
Be the first to welcome ACAAI
meeting attendees to Orlando
with your product ad that will be
featured in locations throughout the
airport. Orlando International Airport
recently went through a major digital
upgrade and now has various new digital networks that are designed to target the arriving audience in all terminals and baggage claim during high dwell times for a 2-week minimum display.
$15,000 sponsorship fee + fulfillment
(2-week campaign, subject to availability) *Custom proposal required for fulfillment costs.
Billboards
Mobile Billboards: Printed & Digital Options
These moving billboards
can target the high
visibility routes around the
Convention Center and
hotels; ideal for expanding
your marketing footprint, at
specific times and locations
throughout the day or night
via customized routing and
scheduling. Multiple vehicles available for both options.
$15,000 sponsorship fee + fulfillment (per unit – 5 consecutive days, 8 consecutive hours daily.)
Printed: Starting at $17,900 per unit, 5-day program options
Digital: Starting at $14,500 per unit, 5-day program options
Pedicabs
A fleet of pedicabs provides
excellent brand exposure.
Branded pedicabs operate
in the Orange County
Convention Center area to
target attendees and offer
complimentary short-haul transportation for staff, VIPs,
or event attendees. The pedicabs are able to travel the streets and sidewalks, bringing your message closer to the crowds at events. There are established pedicab staging areas throughout the Convention Center property within the parking lots and at all entrances and exits.
$15,000 sponsorship fee + fulfillment costs. Custom proposal required.
Target your audience with Billboards
as they travel between the Airport,
Convention Center and nearby
hotels. Locations on the Bee-Line
Highway, International Drive and
Sand Lake Rd all serve to target these high-travel areas. Rates include production for a 2 or 4-week display period. Static and digital units are available and are typically sized 14’ H x 48’ W or 20’ H x 60’ W. These units are in high demand and low supply; they can be very difficult to obtain, therefore, plans for its use should be made well in advance. $15,000 sponsorship fee + fulfillment

Trolley Wraps
For over 14 hours daily,
these trolleys garner large
impressions from attendees
as they travel their 14-mile route. They stop frequently along International Drive and commute between hotels, the Convention Center and popular entertainment destinations. With designated stops at the Orange County Convention Center, your message will receive maximum impact. Trolleys operate from 8:00 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. and multiple trolleys are available. Exterior Trolley Wraps are available which are located on both sides of the trolley.
$15,000 sponsorship fee + fulfillment
(4-week minimum display).
