After a little bit of delay, the 34 th
Virtual District Induction and
Turnover Ceremonies of IWCPI
District 380 went well underway
without even a hiccup. The
Master of Ceremonies, Past
District Chairman Liny Sy, began
the programme with the Honor
Roll - the virtual parade of Club
Presidents with their respective
Secretaries, the District
Executive Board, and Council of
Past District Chairmen, Overall Past District Chairman Liny Sy,
Induction Chair, IWCPFI Master of Ceremonies

President, IWCPI National President, International (NP) Pamela de Guzman inducted the Incoming
Inner Wheel Board Director, International Inner District Chairman Noemi Verano. At this point, Past
Wheel President, Outgoing District Chairman, and District Chairman (PDC) Ching transferred the
the Incoming District Chairman. Outgoing District baton of authority to District Chairman (DC) Noemi.
Chairman Conchita “Ching” Chanyungco called to In recognition of her leadership and support,
order the 34 th IWCPI District Induction and selfless commitment and service to the District and
Turnover Ceremonies the Organization, PDC Ching received a Leadership
Award from DC Noemi.
Following the de rigeur doxology, invocation led by
President Gemma Cruz of IWC Marikina River DC Noemi then proceeded with her Inaugural
Valley, National Anthem of the Republic of the Address, followed by the Induction of the Executive
Philippines and India, the Inner Wheel Pledge by Board by NP Pam de Guzman. Also inducted were
Past District Chairman Magdalena Serrano, Vision, the Chairmen of the various District Committees,
Mission, and Core Values by First National Vice Club Presidents, and Officers of the Council of the
President Sofie Lee, the Outgoing District Past District Chairmen.
Secretary Carole Entote did the roll call. Past
District Chairman and Over-all Induction Chair Rotary International District 3800 District Governor
Julie Malaya delivered the Welcome Address. Tonipi Parungao gave his message. The
International Inner Wheel Board Director Zenaida inspirational message came from the International
Farcon also gave her message. Inner Wheel President Bina Vyas. The guest of
honor and keynote speaker was National President

Outgoing District Chairman Ching Chanyungco Pamela de Guzman. Inner Wheel Club of Marikina
kicked off Part II of the program with her President Cheridine O. Josef delivered the closing
valedictory address, and presented an audiovisual remarks. Wielding the bell and gavel for the first
presentation of IWY 2019-2020 events and time, DC Noemi adjourned the ceremonies
activities. After her speech, National President followed by fellowship and raffles.
