Getting to know

Noemi is an active member of the Inner Wheel
Club of Marikina since 1996. She was elected
twice as Club President for which she was
awarded Outstanding President for IWY 2002-
2003 and Most Outstanding president for IWY
2003-2004. She had served as District Treasurer
four times, elected twice as Vice District
Chairman, appointed Talent Night District
Committee Chair and helped as Bazaar
Chairman during the National Conference
in2016. She had served in various capacities
outside of Inner Wheel such as in the Rotary
International District 3800. Because of her
excellent performance in the various positions
she had held, her easy going personality and
kind heart, District 380 elected her as District
Chairman for IWY 2020-2021

- Having a wonderful husband and son, laughter, -To be a good song artist, to be a chef
peaceful and simple life. Happiness is a feeling
of contentment. 9. What is your favorite motto?
-"Success has no rules, but you learn a great deal

-Failure, being judged, loss of someone.

-My husband. My parents in spite of “mahirap
ang buhay” , they continue to love each other. 11. What is your all time favorite movie?
- Movie series: Prison Break
