1 Range Ave & Railroad Ave - S.E. View
Add movable seating to existing paved patio at the
corner of Range Ave & Railroad Ave, with bollards or
other enclosure added around patio. This image also
shows new poles
2 Railroad Ave - West View
This image shows another view of the festival street
(Railroad Avenue) with hanging festival lighting.
The street should be converted to a “Festival Street”
treatment which could extend into the City Hall lot to
further unite the Train Station Park at City Hall lot for
civic activities
