                                                                                   People Update My Review Thank you for completing your ‘My Review’ forms ahead of the deadline. We hope this process has encouraged you to take ownership of your performance and personal development at work. REVIEW The Leadership teams are currently in the process of reviewing all forms and development plans to ensure objectives and development needs are both relevant and beneficial for individuals and the business. This will enable the development of talent management and the creation of learning and development plans which will facilitate succession planning. Learning & Development To support the ‘My Review’ process, the 2019 training calendar will offer formal learning courses. Everyone will have the opportunity to attend relevant courses designed to enhance skillsets within their particular team. The calendar will be circulated this month via your HR Business Partner. Whistleblowing Policy The Group is committed to safeguarding our businesses from acts of wrongdoing such as fraud, bribery, corruption and financial mismanagement. We also take the role that we play in the food supply chain and our responsibilities to protect food standards very seriously. A range of policies are in place which set out our commitments on these issues. These can be found on the Larder or via your HR business partner. To support our “Whistleblowing” policy and make it as easy as possible for anyone to raise concerns the Group has been working with SeeHearSpeakUp. This external and independent Whistleblowing Service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year, allowing matters to be reported in complete confidence. Posters have been displayed around sites to increase awareness of the new service.
