                  Holding both pad at 45 degree position ready for follow
                    up by round house kick. Fighter step in left foot in 45
               degree position ready to twist and kick, make sure left knee
                 of  fighter stand straight, heel up and standing up on left
                foot of  a ball foot, push up from right hip and follow with
                 round house kick, Pad holder make sure 2 pad are lining
                   up from kicker, DO Not push Pad forward too much ,
                while fighter kicks the pad - Pad holder , hold pads  closer
                to  body,  this way it helps fighter  to kick comfortable and
                        help pad holder. Do  not snap pad into his body.
