We have to travel the hard way
and enjoy it as much as the
smooth road. We must learn to
value both. A sailor should be pre-
pared to navigate in a calm sea,
but should also be ready to navi-
gate in the middle of the worst of
storms.

So, my advice is “Do not stop at-
tending the Pain Instructor class”
he will teach you about perse-
verance, indomitable spirit and
above all will keep you awake.
