After you did the best of the best on 1998,
you did not film nothing else. What did you
do on that time?
I was involved in creating a 3D technology for the
Motion Pictures. It was me and James Miller. We
build the company from 20 people to 500 people. Af-
ter the best of the best movie I opened the etvspots
Company.It is an advertising agancy.
It is been 17 years after you filmed that
movie. What was special about Underdog
Kids?
I wanted to get back to the martial art industry. I did
not want a movie about violence. I wanted a movie
that kids will enjoy and parents can see martial arts
teaching no just the physical part but the hylosophy
of martial arts. They will encourage the kids and will
see what is behind martial arts. Kids will learn res-
pect and discipline thoose are values that you need
in martial arts.It is a good movie for the family. It is
good for a movie night an get all together. I wanted to
bring a film specifically for family.
On the film we can see a lot of talented
kids. What you cal tell us about the cas-
ting?
We did the casting to over 600 kids.We found kids
from Dallas Texas, San Diego, New York , one from
Colorado .A lot of kids of the movie came from diffe-
rent discipline like Taekwondo, Kong-fu, Karate and
we wanted mix it up.We found a relly good cast . I am
very proud of them. They are future martial arts star.
