In 2009, two youngsters out of passion in architecture, started designing and contracting services in
the name of Axiom Builders and Designers. The entity was set up in Kudallur which is a village
situated in the outskirts of Palakkad district. This venture was conceptualized by Mr. Hashim Abdul
Sathar and Mr. Ameer Moideen and it was a freelance experiment. This partnership grew on the back
of some unique concepts which was appreciated by the local market. The design stood out because
of its uniqueness which blended with outstanding work ethics. This produced some projects worthy
of fitting into a profile which was on par with then established groups. Since 5 years of its inception
it was time to break the confinement of the village and grow.In 2014, they planned to form a
company with people coming from all areas of expertise in construction. This led to the formation of
3 divisions which specializes in their respective departments. “Space Magic”, a concept based
interiors; “Stone Magic”, now a leading landscapers and “Axiom builders” as a project consulting
company.Space Magic in its shape started at Kudallur in 2014, had a second showroom at Kottakkal
in 2016, third one at Perinthalmanna in 2018 and the fourth one at Palarivattom, Ernakulam in
2019. Their passion with creativity and professionalism made them now a first choice for customers
who are looking for some unique designs. Space magic now has 4 branches to execute the projects
of any volume throughout Kerala. The journey of 10 years has the experience, passion, hard work
and appreciation which helped the firm for its growth to this level.
