The Past
We’re transported to La Crosse, Wisconsin, 1938. It’s winter. Snow drifts all around the scene and down from the ceiling.
IRMA STAT: Couldn’t resist taking a bit of a detour to see where it all began.
We slowly drift towards a building and pass
through into it. We can see Reuben Trane (52) in front of a TurboVac chiller giving a presentation to investors.
IRMA STAT: In 1938, during its 25th anniversary, The Trane Company announced the TurboVac chiller design.
