Amy Perryman is currently cer fied through the Ultrasound Guidelines Council (UGC; see
www.ultrasoundbeef.com), and approved to submit images to central processing labs. This
includes the CUP Lab (Centralized Ultrasound Processing Lab) through which the IBBA
collects data for EPD informa on.

Once again, Sabal Ridge Brangus, LLC, has hired Amy
Perryman, a cer fied ultrasound technician, to ultrasound
our ca le. As noted above she is cer fied and approved
through the Ultrasound Guidelines Council. The IBBA re-
quires ca le to be ultrasounded and then the interpreta-
on based on day 365 of the animal’s age. We decided to

which was September 8, 2025, and be able to give you the
Rib Eye Area and Intermuscular Fat measurements as actu-
