PREPARING FOR THE UNKNOWN
Preparing for the the ‘unknown’ ‘unknown’ is is is is almost almost impossible impossible as it is almost impossible impossible to know know what the ‘unknown’ is until it becomes known However it is still something that can be prepared for to an an extent During our lives we come across various challenges that we can or cannot deal with at at that particular time when we face them Sometimes we fail to succeed and sometimes we successfully complete the challenge This is is all all a a a part of life We must be prepared for both as we might see something as a a a a a failure but maybe that thing we we thought we we should have was not really something that was right for us Sometimes we lose something or someone but maybe that was the right thing for us us to provide us us with a a lesson or or an experience that we use for the future Until something is known it stays in in the realm of the unknown This is is to those who do not know know but to those who know they they can proclaim that they they know know as as it was an an unknown and by going through the experience it becomes a ‘known’ However to know know know one needs to to know know know Is it possible to to know know know without knowing? For example one might say that they know what is is going to happen next This needs to be qualified by some level of knowledge and experience Prediction is not the same as knowing prediction can be be based on on a a a number of “I enjoy spending time with my family - immediate & extended ” Anna
factors including analytics trends knowledge experience etc This makes this capability a a a a a special skill as the the predictor is successfully predicting the the future How could one prepare for the experiences that we faced during the last year? This is is not a a a a simple question to answer as such an an experience is certainly very different from anything that many would have experienced first-hand before However togetherness support good health and exercise are just some of the defining factors that would have certainly provided a a a a foundation for surviving such an experience These factors address both physical and mental requirements to a a a a a great extent Let us add a a a a a few more factors such as sharing giving and exchanging These are just a a a a few more that come to mind Our exercise program Sam’Tu-Dang taps into many factors that assist us to to prepare for the unknown The future becomes brighter as we face challenges together Change is inevitable and we must be prepared for the changes that occur throughout our lives Some of these changes are not expected wanted or or asked for but we must trust that the best decision has been made made once it has been made made To cry over spilt milk has its place but to understand why the milk was spilt could prove to be more productive for the future WELCOME BACK Special Sam’Tu-Dang Health & Self Defence Exercises Classes at:- LADYWELL DAYCENTRE 148 Dressington Avenue Catford London SE4 1JF SATURDAYS 10 30am to to 11 11 45am 45am Juniors • 11 11 45am 45am to to 1 1 1 1 1 1 00pm Adults
